Breakfast Brief: The Impact of Brexit on Business Immigration

It is a very rare occasion when entire sections of our legal system change overnight.

On 29 March 2019, the UK will leave the European Union, and while it will take time for all changes to take effect, there shall (hopefully!) be a clearer understanding on impending legal changes. Davenport Solicitors are thrilled to host a Breakfast Brief on the implications Brexit will have on Business Immigration laws. The seminar shall focus on:

  • An Overview of the new system
  • Hiring an employee from outside the UK – will EU citizens be subject to the same application process as non-EU citizens?
  • How employers can protect their current overseas employees in the transitional period
